Classic Beer at a Classic Bar Coming to Just Art's Saloon...

This upcoming Tuesday September 15th, 2009 from 6-8 p.m. the Buffalo Water Beer Company will be sponsoring a unique event during Milwaukee Beer Week.

On top of the 16 free beer tastings Buffalo Water will be doing at various supermarkets around town during Beer Week, we'll also be hosting an awesome event at Just Art's Saloon, 181 S 2nd Street, on Tuesday.

Patrons will be offered $2 drafts of Buffalo Water's signature lager, Bison Blonde, and FREE, yes free, appetizers will be available for all. So stop in this Tuesday, slam a Blonde and say hello to Art as well!

Autumn Recipe Now on Milwaukee Store Shelves....

Buffalo Water Beer Company's limited Autumn Recipe in now on store shelves across metropolitan Milwaukee. The beer, which is only in bottles, is available at Milwaukee-area Pick 'N Saves, Sendik's stores and a few independent liquor stores such as Ray's.

The beer (4.8% ABV), which is darker and slightly less hoppy than Bison Blonde lager's original recipe (available statewide) was only brewed to fill 400 cases. That's only 9,600 bottles!!

So join the herd and get down to a local Pick 'N Save or Sendik's to grab a six pack now, before it runs out!! Just look for the Bison Blonde six pack featuring the sticker below.

Buffalo Water Day Out at Miller Park

Recently our intern Joe Orkin (light blue shirt) spent a day out at Miller Park watching our mighty Milwaukee Brewers play. He also drank much Buffalo Water Bison Blonde Lager and shared it with his friends. It's also on tap at Friday's Front Row at Miller Park - bonus! To toast the father figures in your life this Father's Day, there are now literally hundreds of different brands of beer made in Wisconsin.

But don't just hand Dad his favorite brewski or buy him a six-pack. Think creatively.

Falling as it does on Sunday, the day is ideal for brunch. An unfiltered hefeweizen makes a fine substitute for champagne in a mimosa mixed with orange juice.

If you're a fan of barbecue, you could marinate a batch of Buffalo chicken wings to grill for dinner. It's the designated dish to serve with Buffalo Water Brewing Co.'s Bison Blonde lager, the creation of two brewing entrepreneurs, Jim McCabe and Craig Peterson, who also happen to be fathers.

Bison Blonde Takes Second At Kohler Festival of Beer

In an earlier posting we had mentioned that Buffalo Water Bison Blonder lager would be appearing at the Kohler Festival of Beer this past weekend, May 22nd - 24th, 2009.

Well, as expected our beautiful Blonde was present and it went on to take 2nd place at the Kohler Festival of Beer from a possible 93 applicants from 20 breweries! Check out the Buffalo below sporting our silver medal!

Kohler Festival of Beer This Saturday...

This upcoming weekend, Friday May 22nd - Sunday May 24th, 2009 will be the Kohler Festival of Beer!

The event, which will take place (funnily enough) in Kohler, Wisconsin, will feature a line-up of 26 different beer/brewing companies and/or sponsors, of which 20 are based in Wisconsin! Breweries from Belgium, California, Canada and Michigan will also be represented at the event. And of course your very own Buffalo Water Beer Company will be dishing out some of its delicious Bison Blonde Lager.

Buffalo Water president and CEO Craig Peterson will be in Kohler, Wisconsin on Saturday May 23rd between 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. to distribute some Bison Blonde to avid beer fans!

Well now, the Buffalo band wagon just keeps on rolling! We're proud to announce that our signature lager, Bison Blonde, is now available at Friday's Front Row at Miller Park.

So, when the Brewers throw out the first pitch of 2009 on Friday April 10th, at 3:05 p.m. against our bitter rivals the Chicago Cubs, you can relax, and watch the game with a fancy Blonde!

Finally! The Buffalo Water Beer Company (that's us) is so, so proud to announce that we have teamed with Buffalo Wild Wings, America's most popular buffalo wing restaurant.

As of Friday, February 27th, 2009 our signature lager, Bison Blonde, is available at the restaurant's premiere Wisconsin location in Oak Creek, 8171 S Howell Avenue, Oak Creek, WI 53154.

And while we haven't invaded all 500+ Buffalo Wild Wing restaurants nationwide, we hope that our Blondes will soon be available at the 20 Wisconsin locations within the coming months.

Introducing Buffal 'O Water this St. Patrick's Day

Now we know St. Patrick's Day is still a few weeks away, but we're getting ready a little early this year at Buffalo Water Beer Company. We've even dressed up our Buffalo mascot (yet, to be named) in a capotain, or as its commonly known, a pilgrim hat.

And we know that you love out golden-bodied, trademark lager, Bison Blonde, but we won't blame you for turning it green once March 17th rolls around!

Yesterday, May 21st, 2008, was a glorious day for Buffalo Water. Beer drinkers and wing-eaters alike will be pleased to know that you will soon be able to take Blondes home with you anyday of the week. Proudly brewing our beer at the Milwaukee Brewing Company's facility, 613 S 2nd Street, Milwaukee, who just started bottling our delicious Bison Blonde Lager yesterday, and what a fabulous sight it was. Many turned out to watch thousands of bottles being run through the Krones cracked open and slammed a few Blondes while standing around the brewery talking beer and such.

You're probably wondering, "where can I purchase a 6-pack of this delicious craft brew?" We say try Woodmans. The nearest location to Milwaukeeans is in Oak Creek, which may seem like a slight drive, but it's for Buffalo Water! Don't worry, we'll keep you posted on any other places that decide to take Buffalo Water Bison Blonde bottles. See more pics...
